Trisna's vision to have the best DMC in Indonesia led her to meet the founders of EXO in early 2009, who were then seeking a partner to expand operations into Indonesia with. Recognising the potential for growth and mutual benefits, Trisna merged her family travel business with EXO to give rise to EXO Indonesia. Since then she has worked tirelessly to achieve her vision.

Faur joined EXO Malaysia in 2017 and has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She is passionate about helping EXO’s team members succeed and works tirelessly to ensure we provide a work environment where everyone can thrive.

Sanh has been with EXO Laos for over twenty years, working in finance and administrative roles. She embodies the OneEXO spirit, empowering and encouraging colleagues to reach their full potential.

Entering the tourism industry in 1994 and joining EXO Myanmar in 2000, Thida brings vast experience and expertise to her role as Director of Sales & Operations. She also handles HR for EXO Myanmar as well as supporting regional HR initiatives.

Sokha has been a member of the EXO family for more than ten years, working as an inbound sales manager for much of this time. Her wonderful people skills and natural leadership qualities help her thrive in her role as HR and administrative manager.

Mayumi brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to her role as EXO Japan's Director of People and Culture. She has created and executed HR strategy, talent development, performance management and more for numerous multi-national companies and brings a strong passion for people development to her work, taking great pride in seeing employees grow within an organisation.
