Rusell leads digital innovation across EXO. Bringing two decades of industry experience, he ensures we remain a leader in providing best-in-class travel technology to partners.

Since 2012, Dan has been a key player in EXO’s technological evolution. As Lead Digital Product Manager he oversees the development and expansion of our digital products.

Thu Zar oversees testing and quality assurance for EXO’s digital products. Having joined EXO in 2007, she also plays a key role in team training and workflow support.

As Head of Engineering, Chuong is responsible for building EXO’s digital tools and implementing improvements to keep our platforms running smoothly.

Vuong is our Senior Software Engineer. He is in charge of system design and architecture across EXO’s suite of digital tools and ensuring that they are scalable.

As our Front-end Software Engineer, Vi specializes in creating intuitive and functional user interfaces that solve real-world problems.

Nat has been with EXO since 2011. She oversees EXO's data ecosystem, ensuring that we have the necessary tools and structures in place to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

As IT Group Manager, Tewasak is responsible for designing and implementing EXO’s IT Strategy and Road Map across all of EXO's destinations. He has been with EXO since 2018.

Tan is our Regional Business Solution Manager, leading systems-related matters across all of EXO’s global destinations. He has been with EXO since early 2023.
