Responsibilities
● Correspond with overseas travel agents and partners of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information
● Advise and create outlines and Travel Itineraries for Tour Operators / Travel agents
● Make quotations /proposals and reconfirm bookings with our partner overseas agents
● Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels if needed
● Understand about EXO`s existing and new products, to better able to tailor our service to client needs
● Work with the Operations team to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground
● Issue invoices in due time and assist accounting department with regard to payment
● Ensure all sales are reported in Tour plan software system to record the sales report
● Ensure EXO standards and Inbound processes are followed
● Look to improve handling time and productivity by making suggestions on how to simplify or speed up work processes
● Strive to achieve a high ratio of conversions versus enquiries
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business is preferred
● Minimum 1 year of experience in travel agency or DMC is preferred
● Business level English with good command in writing and spoken
● Conversational level Japanese
Skills
● Excellent communication skills; able to create and develop efficient relationships with other departments
● Strong computer skills (G Suite, Tour plan, Excel)
● Attention to detail
● Quick thinker with the ability to multitask
● Passionate about providing a seamless travel experience for guests
● Good attitude, well organized, committed, able to work as part of a team
