About this role

Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated intern (3-6 months) to help migrate SOPs, guidelines, and articles from our knowledge platform to Zendesk Guide. This transition will centralize our knowledge base, making it easier for all employees to access essential information in a structured format.

Your role:

  • Follow style guidelines
  • Recreate SOPs for end-users
  • Ensure content is clear & engaging
  • Harmonize Standard Operating Procedures


Ideal candidate:

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Passion for clear communication
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Open to all nationalities
  • Familiarity with Zendesk Guide is a plus
