To assist the Info process Team in executing Tour plan projects, improving systems, and implementing new procedures to create efficient processes across all departments.

Responsibilities
● Assist in setting up the Tour plan system to meet the business and/or operations requirements of EXO
● Assist in producing necessary reports generated from the Tour plan Database that adhere to the management’s needs
● Ensure the effective utilization of the system by the Travel Consultants, Operations, Reservations, Accounting, Contracting Executive, Product, Customer Care, and Data Entry Staff, which results in more efficient operations
● Assist the Team in providing practical, up-to-date training to Travel Consultants, Operations, Accounting, Product, Customer Care, and Data Entry Staff on maximizing the utility of the systems, including online platforms such as Agent Hub, EXO Create, and Channel Manager Mapping/XML
● Assist in the management of the contents of, as well as the functions within, EXO.com, Agent Hub, EXO Create, XML, etc., ensuring that the contents uploaded, hence accessible by agents/clients, are accurate, up-to-date, and do not pose any risk to EXO
Qualifications
● Business level English with good command in writing and spoken
● Intermediate level of Japanese, able to connect with local suppliers
● System related technical administration experience
● Experience in using tour plan software or similar is preferred
● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields is preferred
● Good knowledge of the Travel industry, especially tourism in the destination is preferred
Skills
● Strong computer skills (G Suite, Tour plan, Excel) with high proficiency in spreadsheets
● General understanding of operating systems, especially Windows
● Excellent communication skills; able to create and develop efficient relationships with other departments
● Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
● Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, take initiative, and resolve problems promptly
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team to meet deadlines and targets
● Ability to motivate and train staff to use systems
