Position Overview
This position needs to review all files prepared by the reservations team, including bookings for guides and transportation, to ensure that every aspect of each tour is arranged accurately and in accordance with company standards. This includes verifying booking details, checking service confirmations, and ensuring that all logistical elements are properly coordinated. The review is conducted on a rotational basis to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a high level of service quality across all tour arrangements.

Responsibilities
● Issue job orders for guides and drivers.
● Reconfirm and co-ordinate with sub-agents, check transfers and airlines if necessary.
● Be in charge of quality control & customer service for execution on ground.
● Ensure timely reports.
● Keep oneself informed of economic, industrial and other trends that affect markets, products and prices in Tourism field.
● Manage, motivate and retain the team to achieve high quality performance.
● Liaise with the other departments, suppliers and EXO sister offices when needed.
● Maintain good working relations with clients and suppliers
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in tourism or any other related field is preferred
● 1-3 years’ experience with a local tour operator or in a similar position is preferred
● Business level Japanese (N2) with good command in writing and spoken
● Conversational level English, other foreign language is a plus
Skills
● Excellent communication skills; able to create and develop efficient relationships with other departments
● Strong computer skills (G Suite, Tour plan, Excel, messaging apps, social networks)
● Attention to detail
