Nik extensive career includes roles as a Reservation & Operations Manager, Quality Control Specialist, and Product & Contracting Manager. Through these positions, she has developed a keen ability to design and implement high-quality travel experiences, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.

After beginning his career in France, Jeremy moved to Thailand, where he quickly became captivated by the country and its travel opportunities. With a passion for authentic discovery and a background in luxury hospitality, he brings a fresh, innovative approach to creating unique travel experiences.

Born and raised in Myanmar, Zar Yi's journey began as a TC with EXO Myanmar, making her return to EXO Travel in a leadership capacity a meaningful full-circle moment. She believes successful leadership is built on collaboration and a clear strategic vision. By combining regional expertise with a people-centered approach, her goal is to elevate Laos as a compelling, responsible travel destination that delivers exceptional value to both partners and guests.

Born in France to Cambodian parents, Sophie has always been passionate about travelling and sharing her cultural heritage. In her role as product manager, she brings both industry experience and a unique product perspective to the Cambodia team.

Hailing from Italy, Ilaria holds a masters degree in Tourism & International Developement and speaks four languages She began her tourism career in 2013 and loves developing new experiences that showcase unique facets of Malaysia and Singapore. .

Lea is a seasoned tourism expert with a passion for Korea. Originally from France, she has lived and worked in Korea since 2016. With her deep understanding of Korean culture and the tourism industry, Lea is dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences that connect travellers with the heart of Korea.  

Joining EXO Saudi from EXO Myanmar, Zayar brings vast experience creating exciting products and communicating these to the market. His product focus is wide, from desert camping and cooking with locals, to finding unique hotels and insider access.

Since joining EXO Myanmar in 2008, Phyoe has worked in various departments including operations and sales. Now, as product manager, Phyoe combines his passion for service and sustainability as he leads the development of new products.

Born in Scotland, Maeve spent her later childhood years in Australia before moving to Asia in 1998, basing herself in Hanoi, Bangkok, Hoi An and Saigon over the past two decades+. With so many years living in each region of Vietnam (north, centre and south) she possesses extensive knowledge of the country. During her career with EXO Travel Maeve has challenged herself to many roles, including luxury, digital marketing and most recently, Product Development. Her passions include riding motorcycles through remote regions, exploring the incredible diversity of cuisines that Asia offers, as well as mastering language skills (Thai and Vietnamese).

An avid traveller, Camille earned a master's degree in Tourism and Development then launched her tourism career with EXO. With her passion for discovering new places around Asia, she ensures that all of our Products are exciting and bespoke.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies & Japanese, Hilary has been in the Japan Inbound Travel industry since 2016. Her expertise has seen her move from Sales & Operations Executive to the dedicated Japan Specialist at Audley Travel. Upon moving to Tokyo, Hilary began her current role as Product Executive for EXO Travel Japan. She has since visited every region of Japan and is now working towards visiting every prefecture.

Rupert’s passion for travel grew from an early age. He joined EXO in 2018 and loves nothing more than discovering new, hidden places in Thailand, creating great products out of them and then seeing those products thrive.
