Victoria Hoi An
Victoria Resort Hoi An finally has regained the front beach after years facing erosion issues although the rock sea wall remains. (See image to the right)
They have also launched ‘Theater Magic’, an in-house cinema for guests. The returned sand and facilities are a great add-on to this known yet loved beach-front resort along the Cua Dai area.
Destination News
Halong Bay updates:
- Bhaya Legend Prenium: From 01 Jan 25, the supplier will stop operating the 3 day- 2 night route aboard Bhaya Legend Premium and only offer 3 day-2 night cruises on the cruise company’s signature boat, the Au Co. EXO has no affected bookings.
- Valentine Prenium (Indochina Sails): From 01 May 2024, the supplier will stop operating the 02-cabin Valentine Premium ship. EXO has no affected bookings.
Flight updates:
- Hai Au Aviation Danang – Hue Seaplane Route: The two routes from this operator Danang – Hue and Danang – Hue (with Hue city scenic) -60 mins will cease operations until further notice. Note their more popular scenic flight over Halong Bay is still the best option for visitors.
- Direct routes to China: After two new routes to Shanghai and Chengdu, VietJet continues to open direct routes to China. Flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Xi’an (China) will be inaugurated from April 29, 2024, with 4 return flights per week.
