Chúc Mừng Năm Mới! As the Year of the Snake winds down, we are all excited to welcome the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of the passion and dynamism which we value at EXO. In celebration of Tet, the EXO Vietnam offices will close from Monday 16th – Friday 20th February. Note our offices will be fully closed on Tuesday 17th. Other days a dedicated ‘skeleton team’ will be on standby throughout the national holiday, to assist with urgent needs, until we fully reopen, on Monday 23rd February.

Important Notes for Northern Mountain Travel from July to October:
From late July to October, mountainous areas (such as Sapa, Mu Cang Chai, Ha Giang, Ba Be and Cao Bang) are at their best with beautiful rice fields. However, seasonal typhoons and heavy rains may cause landslides and itinerary disruptions, requiring flexibility for travel during this period.
In light of the unusual weather seen in 2025, we are sharing these insights during the 2026 enquiry process to set realistic expectations for the mountain regions, as year-on-year patterns continue to evolve.
Dalat Airport Closure Plan
Lien Khuong Airport, the main airport serving Dalat in Lam Dong Province, is scheduled to temporarily shut down for six months from March 4 to August 25, 2026 to carry out a major upgrade project. Although EXO has few bookings to Dalat, as a primary alternative, guests can fly into Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR)—which offers the highest frequency of domestic and international connections—followed by a scenic three-hour private transfer to Dalat.
New Routes from AirAsia
AirAsia has announced a new direct route connecting Da Nang (DAD) and Bali (DPS), starting March 20, 2026. This service provides a direct link between Central Vietnam and Indonesia’s popular island destination. The service will operate four times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Exciting Update: Thien Thanh Joins Reset Tourism Fund
We are pleased to share that Thien Thanh, one of our key transfer suppliers, has joined the Reset Tourism Fund and received her new Toyota Innova Hybrid (Innova Cross HEV). This vehicle will primarily be used for EXO Travelers, marking a significant step towards reducing our carbon emissions with sustainable transportation options.
As Vietnam embarks on a new sustainable development period, we are proud to partner with pioneers like Thien Thanh in this important transition to sustainable travel. By continuing to book hybrid cars for our tours, we can further lower our carbon footprint.
