Destination updates
- Sustainability: Eliminating single-use plastic bottles: Starting 1 October 2024, we will no longer offer plastic water bottles to guests on tour. Our guides will remind travellers to bring reusable bottles and guide them to convenient refill stations throughout their journey. With Cambodia’s well-established infrastructure providing easy access to clean drinking water, we can prioritise sustainability without impacting guest comfort. Please ensure this message is communicated clearly, so guests are well-prepared for their travels.
- Reminder, Cambodia e-arrival card: All inbound travellers to Cambodia are required to submit an electronic arrival card prior to entering the country. The new platform and app also make it easy to obtain visas for eligible nationalities. Check out the information HERE.
- Donation to Landmine Museum : The Cambodia Landmine Museum plays a vital role raising awareness about the devastating impact of landmines in Cambodia. Despite its importance, the museum has struggled financially. In response, EXO Foundation has donated $3,000 to support its operations, underscoring the importance of ongoing humanitarian efforts in the country. Guests can visit and support the Museum by including it in a Siem Reap experience such as this one HERE.
