New Airline Routes Strengthen Global Connectivity: Korean Air launches nonstop Seoul–Lisbon service operating three times weekly, every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. 

While Delta Airlines introduces Atlanta–Seoul flights, enhancing access from the U.S. for winter travellers.

Seoul Lantern Festival will be returning this winter along Cheonggyecheon Stream from 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, with the theme “My Light, Our Dream, the Magic of Seoul.” There will be over 200 installations including interactive zones, food tents, and experiential areas.

Hangang (Han River) Winter Festival: From 19 to 31 December 2025, many of the Han River parks will host winter-themed light installations, a Christmas market, performance zones, and even snow-sledding areas.
