Vietnam Reduce Visa Fees Across the Board
The Ministry of Finance for Vietnam have officially announced changes to visa costs across the board. This news is not just good news for residents who are seeing a large reduction in visa expenses, but for all visitors to the country. Travellers arriving who still require a ‘Visa on Arrival’ will now only be subject to visa stamping fees of 25 USD versus the previous 45 USD amount. While visa’s valid for under 3 months’ will now cost 50 USD, instead of the previous cost of 95 USD. With the new changes there couldn’t be a better time to visit the country.

Ministry of Tourism Grants EXO Cambodia ‘Best Workplace Award’
The Cambodian Ministry of Tourism (MoT) has awarded the EXO Travel Cambodia office with the ‘Best Workplace Award’, recognising them as a pioneering example of workplace quality. The three criteria that were judged by the MoT were work conditions, staff training & development opportunities, and workplace safety (Insurance).
Pierre-Andre-Romero, General Manager of EXO Cambodia commented on the award saying “We are very proud of this Best Workplace Award. The Ministry of Tourism representative was very impressed when they came to audit our office, they saw the good working conditions and a real team spirit with close relationships between colleagues (birthday parties, yoga classes, etc…). It illustrates that a culture of looking after our staff is at the core of our successful business, and MOT understood this and awarded us as an example to be promoted”.

Spring Resumes Flights Between Singapore and Kota Kinabalu
Following an 18-month hiatus, Spring Airlines will resume its flight schedule between Singapore and Kota Kinabalu next week. The first flights shall take place from the 25th October, offering Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday flights to Singapore, with returning flights to Kota Kinabalu on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Both routes will operate using an all-economy Airbus A320 aircraft.
