- British Airways Resumes Direct Flights to Jeddah: After a five-year hiatus, British Airways will resume flights to Jeddah in November 2024. The year-round service will operate four times a week from London Heathrow to Jeddah. The journey takes approximately 6 hours and 15 minutes.

- Saudi’s First Silent Airport: Travelling to or from Abha International Airport (AHB) will now be a quieter experience, as it becomes Saudi Arabia’s first silent airport. This decision aligns with global best practices followed by international airports such as Singapore Changi, Zurich, and Dubai. At Abha International Airport, flight details will no longer be announced over the PA system. Instead, all relevant information will be received through flight display screens.
- Eid Al Adha Holidays! A three-day public holiday will commence Sunday 16 June as the Muslim world observes Arafat Day and celebrates Eid Al Adha, one of the most significant times in the Islamic calendar. As a result, EXO Saudi offices will be closed from 16-19 June.
