Over the course of five days, they participated in skills trainings, team building activities and, of course, adventures.‘This trip is a great opportunity for us to break the ice and connect after an intense and wonderful season’, explains Eka Putri, EXO Indonesia Adventure Manager. ‘Over the last decade, the team has grown from 9 to 28 people’.The retreat consisted of two components: Adventure Leadership training and Adventure Tour Leaders gathering.
