As the safety and enjoyment of our guests are paramount, EXO also ensures our adventure guides receive specialised, ongoing training covering topics such as group management, emergency response, mechanics and more.

We have a fleet of bikes, kayaks, and tents, all chosen for their quality and performance and well-maintained by our team of trained mechanics.

At EXO Adventure, we understand the importance that gear plays in shaping an adventure and take pride in providing the best equipment possible. We have a fleet of bikes, kayaks, and tents, all chosen for their quality and performance and well-maintained by our team of trained mechanics.
In addition, we have equipment for children so that every member of the family is safe and well-looked after during their adventure trip. In some destinations, we also have electric bikes and our own customised support vehicles for cycling trips.

Support team
On all EXO Adventure trips, there is extra support to ensure a safe, comfortable and memorable adventure. This includes specially-trained drivers, mechanics and porters who provide safety gear, first aid kits, snacks, support vehicles and plenty of smiles along the way. Whether it’s behind the scenes or interacting with guests, our support teams are a huge part of the EXO Adventure experience.
Kit Loose, Adventure Product Manager for Japan, explains, ‘Our drivers literally and figuratively go the extra mile. Much more than drivers, they are partners of the tour guide and give input on tours. Without fail, our drivers receive very high marks from our guests.’
