All aboard and hop on a true rollercoaster of a ride, without the climbs, drops and loops of course.
Now it’s time to explore the capital, Phnom Penh. Do what do the locals do and move around in a cyclo. It is a fun way of discovering the city. Explore the Royal Palace and find out why the Silver Pagoda is called so. Head to the Tonle Sap Riverfront for some ice cream and then to the birthplace of the city at Wat Phnom. Watch out for the monkeys who make their living in the area.
Fist on land, now on water. Explore Cambodia on the Regina boat. All the luxuries are there, musical instruments, games, amenities, private cook, you name it, it’s here! Now it’s time to head back to Siem Reap. What, again? Well, this time the town will be explored further and Angkor’s wonders will be revealed to you. See these magnificent wonders from the skies on a tethered balloon! Now, come back down to earth and come face to face with the grandest temple of them all, Angkor Wat. There are also other cool temples around Angkor Thom, some of which feature beautiful bas-reliefs, impressive carved elephants, giant faces and gods carrying a giant mystical snake. Ta Phrom Temple (of Tomb Raider infamy) is a favorite amongst many because of it being engulfed by the surrounding jungle and trees. You will be given a map and a road book and it is your task as a family to unravel a mystery inside Ta Prohm. An elephant ride and a jeep journey to other impressive sites are other highlights in an otherwise fun and memorable family outing amongst the temples.
