There isn’t a country like Vietnam on this planet. The Southeast Asian nation is a unique and special place that will surely leave you bedazzled! It is an experience that cannot be described into words and pictures, no matter how beautiful, do not do justice to the beauty and charm of the country. Do one better and experience Vietnam in style and luxury. You’ll never ever forget about this place.

Start the tour up north. in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. You’re in for a treat here. Colonial structures seem to blend in nicely with the Oriental buildings and atmosphere already in place here. Enjoy the afternoon at Westlake and one of the city’s oldest Buddhist pagodas, with a visit to Tran Quoc, the nearby Taoist temple of Quan Thanh. You’ll also head out of the city and into rural Northern Vietnam, where rice paddies and limestone karsts reign supreme.

Speaking of limestone formations, you’ll witness some of the best at Halong Bay. You’ll oo and aah as the Emeraude takes you to the best of the best sites as you witness these majestic rock formations sprouting out from the clear blue waters. Yes, you are more than welcome to swim in it or go exploring in one of the caves.

Next destination, Central Vietnam. There’s a lot of history and heritage around these parts. Despite the passing of time and the ravages of weather and several wars, the UNESCO Heritage site of Hoi An remains much the same as it was in its heyday, an 18th century Oriental town. And more of the country’s past will be revealed at Hue. This was the Imperial capital and its legacy lives on. How? Via the tombs and mausoleums of past emperors. They may have physically passed on, but their legacy lives! After exploring the ruins of The Citadel, take a cyclo through the Old City to Tinh Tam Lake where the emperors used to come to relax.

And further south we go. This time to the largest city, Saigon. Take a city tour from the back of a Vespa motorbike which will include a visit to the former Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum,  the colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. In the meantime, you’ll also experience some of the city’s best kept secrets. Nope, we can’t tell you now, you just have to be there.

The final leg of this Vietnam in Style luxury tour takes you to the Mekong Delta. This is as lush, green and a serene of a place as can be. Upon arrival in the Delta board the ‘Song Xanh’, modeled after a traditional sampan, the boats small size allows you to discover the smaller canals and tributaries of this region. There’s also time for you to shop at the colorful floating markets as well as taking in traditional sights such as rice barges, wooden ship building yards and even fruit drying along the Mekong’s banks.
