Hoi An is unlike any town you’ve visited. It is a UNESCO Heritage Site, so you know you’re in for a cultural treat. In fact, in the Old Town, buildings, structures and maybe even the aura is just like how it was back in the 18^th century. But you’ll get more than just heritage at Hoi An. You’re also in for a relaxin’ beach break, one of the quietest and relaxed ones available in Vietnam. Put on your learning cap and your ocean gear because Ho An is waiting for you!

Let’s reveal more of the old town. Like we said before, the overall atmosphere is like Vietnam in the 1700’s. And those structures are well preserved. A lot of these old Chinese style houses now host a range of craft shops and artisans, including some of Asia’s best bespoke tailors. This is just like stepping into a time machine. In addition, the old world trading port town also features winding lanes and narrow streets which add to the atmosphere. And may we suggest roaming the area at sunset?

And now the beach part of Hoi An. This section of the tour involves nothing but utter relaxation. Spend the days on the sand or in the water in complete leisure. In fact, there are two beaches you can choose from. The first one is Cua Dai Beach and it is nothing but a walk or bicycle ride away from the historic part of town. The other is An Bang Beach, about 2 kilometers from town. Both feature a relaxing environment, palm-fringed white sands, views of limestone islands and places to relish Vietnamese seafood.

Hoi An also present several touring options. The Cham temple ruins of My Son are not far away. And yes, this is another UNESCO Site. That’s two in one go. Not bad, right?
