- Angkor Ballon suspended until 15 October 2025: Angkor Balloon has temporarily suspended operations due to unexpected delays in receiving a new, replacement balloon. Services are expected to resume on 15 October 2025. For any bookings already made, our inbound team will contact you directly to provide suitable alternatives.
- Angkor Air Cambodia : Starting 1 January 2025 the airline’s name will be changed to Air Cambodia. Please be assured that the change will not impact existing bookings.
- Reminder, eliminating single-use plastic bottles: We no longer offer plastic water bottles to guests on tour. Our guides will remind travellers to bring reusable bottles and guide them to convenient refill stations throughout their journey. With Cambodia’s well-established infrastructure providing easy access to clean drinking water, we can prioritise sustainability without impacting guest comfort. Please ensure this message is communicated clearly, so guests are well-prepared for their travels.
