Head down to Paradise and Engage in some Outdoor Activities; Bali Family Fun Awaits

Bali is more than just paradise. Bali is more than just a tropical island.

Bali is more than just paradise. Bali is more than just a tropical island. Bali is your place for a fun family adventure. There’s so much to do here, and suitable for any member of the family whether a young toddler, teenager, mom, dad, or even grandparents. A whole host of activities out in the tropics await. And to add to the fun, you’ll definitely be enthralled and entertained by the people, landscapes and cultures of the island.

On arrival at Ubud, relax at your own pace. Perhaps a tantalizing Balinese meal will get you settled in. The next day, we’ll whisk you off to a local village, where you and your family will actually be one of villagers. Don a hat and head to the rice paddies with the farmers, watch skilful climbers collect coconuts at a plantation and help prepare lunch in a traditional kitchen. On your back to Ubud, check out some fantastic temples such as Taman Ayun and Tanah Lot, the latter billed as one of the world’s most photogenic, especially in the evening.

Choices. Always good to have them. Your next day is filled with choices. Option number 1, an exciting whitewater rafting experience down Ayung River. Option number 2, trek through the jungle on the back of an elephant. And option number 3, visiting the Bali Zoo. If you want to do all three, contact us about it. After your outdoor fun, head back to Ubud for some downtime. Or you can visit Monkey Forest where tons of monkeys await and watch a traditional Balinese dance later in the evening.

Hop on a four wheeler and explore some of the island’s dramatic interior landscapes. Driving along secondary roads you’ll pass by local villages, climb to the top of volcanic lakes, tour farms and visit unique temples. There are also options to go on a zip line adventure above the treetops or take a quad bike through the jungle.

Your next stop on this Bali Family Adventure tour is some chill out time at Sanur, Bali’s oldest upscale beach resort area. And a nice place it is, certainly one of the more quieter and laid back beach spots in the island. We suggest taking a cruise out to Nusa Lembongan Island, learning to surf or heading to the water park- three great activities to spend with your loved ones.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. There are tons to see and do in not only Bali, but in Indonesia. Afterall, there are over 17,000 islands in this country. See what else lies ahead with our Indonesia tours.
