Destination news

Museum of Moroccan Jewish Culture (Fez Mellah): Inaugurated on 12 October in the heart of Fez’s historic Mellah. As the first public museum of its kind in the city, it showcases over 2,500 years of Judeo-Moroccan history through rare religious artefacts, manuscripts, traditional clothing and craftwork. Located near the newly restored Al-Batha Museum of Islamic Arts, this milestone opening offers a profound cultural highlight to weave into Fez medina walking tours and heritage-focused itineraries

Marrakech International Film Festival (20-28 November): One of North Africa’s premier international cultural events. Expect higher hotel occupancy, tight room availability and local traffic congestion around major venues like Palais des Congrès and Jemaa el-Fna. Agent Tip: Secure transfers and central accommodations as early as possible for late November bookings.

Marrakech Coffee & Tea Festival (14-16 November): Returning for its second edition at the Mossalla Sidi Amara in Marrakech, this three-day international festival celebrates the rich cultural history of coffee and tea against the stunning Atlas Mountains.

New hotel opening

Royal Hideaway Casablanca (Barceló Group): Recently opened following a reflagging and renovation, this newly transformed urban sanctuary marks the former Farah Hotel’s complete evolution into an entry-level 5-star property. Conveniently situated in downtown Casablanca near the Casa-Port train station, the property features 310 rooms, including 14 upscale suites. Guests can enjoy six distinct dining concepts with rooftop seating, comprehensive wellness and spa facilities, and expansive event venues designed to balance modern luxury with the city’s rich Art Deco heritage.

We are thrilled to share that our trusted local partner supplier, Zawayaty, has been selected as a finalist for the EXO Foundation support programme, a proud validation of their dedication to community-led tourism and sustainable local impact.
