WHAT IS EXO CARE?
EXO Care is a Customer Care Support System designed to help us keep track of all issues, complaints and problems. It automatically logs a record in our clients database and tracks how we handled each problem.
We are then able to analyse this data to identify trends, patterns in specific countries, or across many countries, which helps us avoid problems in the future by taking steps to counter issues before they arise.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply email your usual EXO contact with [email protected] in CC.
The system will create an automatic ticket like [TID#633].This number needs to remain in the Subject line of all emails concerning the issue as it will keep all emails tracked together. You can also directly email [email protected] with the issue and we will ensure that it gets directed to the correct country.
WHY IS IT USEFUL?
In having all complaints in one place, we can work more efficiently towards improving handling and solution times while also making it possible to identify the root causes of recurring problems and improving the overall customer care experience for you.
