The southern section of Vietnam is perhaps the country’s most family friendly area. From Ho Chi Minh City it is a short hop to the Mekong Delta, a drowned paradise of waterways and sleepy communities. Faster-paced fun can be enjoyed in Dalat in the Central Highlands, which is fast becoming the country’s adventure sports capital. The journey concludes, meanwhile, on the beach at Nha Trang.
