EXO Academy has completed its first training session for the staff of our Huizhou office, in southern China. The training included an array of exciting activities and exercises, and all of the members of the Huizhou team were thrilled to take part.

We also held our third EXO Academy training session for our Beijing office. Our newly-promoted Inbound Supervisor, Marisol Cai, has decorated the office with our “7 values and 11 habits”. Our Beijing team now meet every morning to brainstorm and share ideas. A concept that we plan to implement in our southern office soon.

In total, around 25 team members attended the two training sessions, covering all departments (Inbound French, Spanish, German, English, OP team, MICE, Product, Accounting and, of course, Management).
