These traditional guys wear some really colorful and unique garments, to say the least. After seeing the ethic people trade their goods at the market, learn more about them at the Kayah Museum. Then head out to a weaving shop and end the day as you bask in the sunset at Taunggwe Pagoda.

Start the next day with a casual stroll around town before hopping in a car for the trip to Kalaw. The trip is quite scenic to say the least, with lush fields and mountain ranges highlighting the journey. You will pass through the little town of Hpe Kom and Pin Laung, Pa-O villages whose residents will surely welcome you with their warm and friendly smiles.
