Gulf of Thailand Boutique Island Hopping

📍 Chumphon Airport – Thung Makham Noi Pier (61.5 km): 1.31 hr

Upon arrival at Chumphon Train Station, walk straight to the Lomphraya boat counter to board a shared transfer (no guide escort) to the pier. From there, hop aboard a catamaran boat and then set sail for Koh Tao. 

Note: Boat departs from Thung Makham Noi Pier and arrives at Mae Haad Pier, Koh Tao at 08:45.

Upon arrival on the island, take a shared local transfer provided by the hotel to the hotel for check in and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

After breakfast at the resort the rest of the day is free at leisure. Lounge the day away on one of the gorgeous beaches on the island, go snorkelling in the translucent waters, do a bit of independent exploration or simply relax in the tropical ambience of the hotel.

After breakfast at the resort, embark on a shared local transfer provided by the hotel to the pier and take another catamaran cruise to the island of Koh Phangan. (Twice daily: 9:30 / 15:30). Upon arrival at the pier on Koh Phangan, be met and greeted by the hotel’s representative and be transferred in a private transport to the hotel and spend the rest of the day either relaxing or exploring the island.

After breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the day is free to spend at leisure. Relax some of the gorgeous white sand beaches, mingle with locals and other visitors to the island, sip cocktails at a charming beachside bar or lounge the day away by the pool.

📍 Buri Rasa Village Koh Phangan - Thongsala Pier (18 km): 57 min Mae Nam Pier - Buri Rasa Village Resort & Spa Samui (12.1 km): 28 min

After breakfast at the resort, receive a private transfer to the pier and board a shared speedboat to Koh Samui. Upon arrival on Koh Samui, continue on a private transfer to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free to explore the island independently. Be sure to check out some of the great nightlife that the island has to offer after dark.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Half Day Samui Island Tour 

You will be picked up at 09:00. Spend a half day exploring Koh Samui’s interior, stepping away from the beaches and discovering what life is like in this tropical paradise. Start with a visit to the island’s famous landmarks including the Big Buddha and Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks. Then drive up to Chaweng viewpoint for fabulous views over the coastline and the sea. 

Then continue into the island’s centre, visiting a fresh market. Meet with locals who have come to do their daily shopping and learn about the different items for sale. Continue with a walk through a nearby fishing village, getting a chance to observe the daily lives and activities of the fishermen.

Next up is a tour of the Magic Alambic Rum Distillery. See how the island’s famous rum is made and take a sample of the smooth brew. Then move on to another cottage industry. Visit a coconut plantation and see how these abundant fruits are grown, collected and processed for eating and drinking. 

Cap off the day with a cool drink at one of the island’s many cafes, providing the perfect opportunity to people watch and reflect on the day’s local excursion.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Full Day Unique Angthong by Private VIP SPEEDBOAT

Be picked up at 08:00 from the hotel and driven to the pier to embark on a VIP speedboat heading towards the Angthong National Marine Park, the Gulf of Thailand's jewel in the crown, an amazing place to visit whilst staying on Koh Samui. 

This Angthong experience has got it all! Snorkel in beautiful clear waters, kayak around the archipelago, and cruise through the 42 limestone islands with fantastic rock formations carved by the sea from over tens of thousands of years and also not to be missed is the beautiful views from Koh Taling Nai and the Emerald Lake for the walk. 

A picnic lunch with authentic Thai flavours will be served on a private island. (L)
