Welcome to Korea! 

Upon arriving at Incheon International Airport, a dedicated VIP concierge (Premium Airbridge Service) will greet you at the gate or aircraft door with a personalized welcome sign, ensuring a warm and seamless transition from your flight to the airport terminal, except minimizing the waiting time at passport control and customs inspection. . After going through the immigration and the customs inspection, you'll be seamlessly escorted to a private vehicle, where a private driver will ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer to your hotel in the heart of Seoul.

*Please note that there is no fast-track service in Korea, and all travellers must queue to go through immigration.*

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby and begin with a private transfer to the restaurant, an elegant venue reflecting the heritage of Korea’s royal culinary traditions.

Begin the evening with a multi-course dining experience inspired by Joseon court cuisine. Each course is presented with care, highlighting the artistry, balance, and refinement of royal dining. Guests gain insights into the history and cultural significance of the dishes through storytelling and guidance from the restaurant staff.

Each course showcases centuries-old culinary tradition, combining careful preparation with cultural storytelling. The evening blends fine dining and history, offering a refined and memorable experience in the heart of Seoul.

Conclude the night and return transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with a guide to set off for a full day exploring Seoul by private, air-conditioned vehicle.

Start the morning at Gwanghwamun Plaza, home to the iconic statues of King Sejong the Great and Admiral Yi Sun-sin. If time allows, witness the ceremonial changing of the guard at 10:00 in front of Gwanghwamun Gate, an impressive and colourful re-enactment of traditional royal security rituals.

Then enter Gyeongbokgung Palace, the principal royal residence of the Joseon Dynasty. Originally constructed in 1395 and later expanded in 1867, the palace complex once housed 330 buildings, making it the largest of Seoul’s Five Grand Palaces.

Continue with a visit to the National Folk Museum, located next to the palace grounds. The museum showcases engaging exhibits on Korean daily life, traditions, and heritage, offering an insightful glimpse into the lives of past generations.

Afterwards, visit Namsangol Hanok Village, a recreated neighbourhood featuring five restored hanok from the Joseon era. The village offers a glimpse into traditional Korean architecture and ways of life.

Conclude the day in Ikseondong, a revitalised area where narrow alleyways lined with hanok now host stylish cafés, boutiques, and artisan shops blending old-world charm with contemporary trends. 

Enjoy a short break at one of the area’s charming cafés or teahouses, ideal for sampling traditional Korean tea or a cup of coffee while soaking in the local atmosphere.

After the tour, bid farewell to the guide and either return to the hotel or continue exploring independently.

Lunch is recommended to be in the Insadong area, which is known for its trendy food scene. Seoul also has many Michelin star restaurants, which we recommend booking in advance. 
This afternoon, visit Gallery Hyundai. Established in 1970, it’s one of Korea's most influential art spaces and is renowned for its diverse exhibitions of contemporary and traditional art. 
Continue to the MMCA (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) Seoul, home to an extensive collection of Korean and international modern and contemporary art, showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions. The museum is dedicated to promoting the understanding and appreciation of art through exhibitions, educational programs, and research initiatives. 
Time permitting, there is the opportunity to further explore other galleries in the area. For example, there is the Korean Crafts Museum, Arario Gallery, Baik Art, Barakat Contemporary, G Gallery, Gallery Baton, Gallery Chosun, Kukje Gallery, Gallery THEO, Pace Gallery, Whistle, Gallery K.O.N.G.
