At 12:00, meet your driver at the designated pick-up point and transfer by private vehicle to Beomeosa Temple, nestled in the serene foothills of Geumjeongsan Mountain, for a memorable one-night stay.
Beomeosa Temple is one of Korea’s most important head temples of the Jogye Order. With a history dating back to the 7th century, it offers a serene setting to explore traditional Korean Buddhism through meditation, chanting, and daily monastic rituals.
Check-in begins at 13:00. After settling into your shared accommodations, attend an orientation before embarking on a temple tour and a guided forest trail walk, offering insights into Buddhist architecture and nature’s spiritual role.
Later, enjoy a nourishing vegetarian temple dinner, prepared with mindfulness and simplicity.
Concludes the day with a Seon (Zen) meditation session, designed to calm the mind and ground you in the present.

Begin your morning at 04:30 with the peaceful sound of the Dharma bell as you attend the early Buddhist service in the main hall, experiencing the quiet rhythm of monastic life as the day begins.
Continue with a 108 prostration session, using traditional prayer beads to cultivate mindfulness, humility, and intention through each deliberate movement.
Afterward, join a guided Seon (Zen) meditation, focusing on the breath to foster mental clarity and inner calm.
At 07:00, enjoy a simple and wholesome temple breakfast, prepared in keeping with Buddhist principles of balance and mindfulness.
If available, enjoy tea with a monk, a chance to ask questions and engage in a personal conversation with a resident monk while sharing a cup of traditional Korean tea. Discuss aspects of temple life, Buddhist philosophy, or simply enjoy the moment of calm together.

In the late morning, guests may independently visit the Beomeosa Temple Museum to explore the temple’s deep history and cultural artifacts.
You will then be transferred back to Busan city center for your onward journey.
