EXO Vietnam News – Guide Training + FAM Trips!
Southern Vietnam FAM: We recently explored Southern Vietnam’s Mekong Delta on a five-day trip, inspecting existing offerings and scouting new, imaginative experiences. We were particularly inspired by the visit to Ho Isle, an isolated community where we saw firsthand the impact of our EXO Foundation’s work in sponsoring a new coconut fibre road. The trip covered Chau Doc (An Giang), Can Tho, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, and Tien Giang as well as 25 hotels and tours!
Central Region Guide Training Seminar: we recently hosted a successful Guide Training Seminar in Hue, bringing together nearly 50 guides in the Central Region. The afternoon seminar featured updates from the Operations and Product teams, along with a Sustainability training session, providing valuable insights and updates. A lively gala dinner followed, and the next morning, guides explored Chuon Lagoon on a half-day (bonding) tour. The event offered a great opportunity for guides to refresh their knowledge, experience new products, share feedback, learn more on sustainability and strengthen bonds with the EXO Operations / Product team. This concludes the annual regional (North, Central, South) guide training season!

EXO Vietnam – SUSTAINABILITY News
EXO Vietnam Joins Community Planting in Gò Nổi Village
The EXO Vietnam team and Central area tour guides recently participated in a community project in Gò Nổi, a rising Community-Based Tourism destination near Hoi An. With support from our EXO Foundation and in partnership with the Green Youth Collective (GYC), we engaged in key projects to tackle sustainability challenges faced by the local community.
Our efforts included learning about sustainable plant management and waste recycling. We successfully planted 19 trees and nurtured over 80 pots of plants for future growth, which will help improve soil health. This hands-on engagement highlighted the connection between our actions and EXO’s sustainability goals, contributing to environmental restoration and strengthening community ties.
Successful Blood Donation by EXO Vietnam!
We are proud to announce that on September 18th, 30 members of EXO Vietnam participated in a Humanitarian Blood Donation Program. Together, we donated over 10,000 ml of blood to support our local community.
This initiative with An Nam group not only highlights our commitment to social responsibility but also reinforces the importance of giving back. Each donation can save multiple lives, providing critical support to those in need and fostering a spirit of solidarity among community members.
