Our planet is a precious resource and one of the most pressing issues it faces is the huge volume of plastic waste scarring land and seascapes. With the world’s population continuing to grow, plastic by-products of human consumption are potentially catastrophic for eco-systems everywhere.

To help combat this, EXO Travel, under the guidance of EXO Foundation, is introducing free refillable water bottles on its tours. The initiative was originally pioneered on biking tours last year and is now being rolled out in Cambodia with a view to expanding the idea to Vietnam, Laos and Thailand soon.

As a supporter of responsible tourism, EXO Travel is lobbying suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, tourist sites and car companies to work towards reducing plastic waste even further in the future.
