Itinerary
📍 Danang Airport to your chosen hotel (10km): 20 minutes
Arrive at Danang Airport and be met and taken to the resort. The rest of day is free to relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.

Take a road trip to one of Central Vietnam’s hidden gems. Travel from Danang to Son Tra in a restored US Army Jeep. Soak up the beauty of the coast, stopping to explore fishing villages and enjoy a delicious picnic at the top of scenic Son Tra.
Today’s tour will begin at 08:30. Many people have heard of the Hai Van Pass but few ever make it to Son Tra, an area of infinite beauty and blissfully-free of souvenir vendors. Experience the wonders with an exciting day trip from Danang to the mountains.
Climb aboard an open-air US Army jeep and depart from Danang’s coast into the highlands. The road first passes by numerous coves populated with picturesque fishing villages and basket boats. Then begin the climb along the steep slopes of the Son Tra Peninsula, also known as Monkey Mountain. This road juts out over the coast and at each switchback offers a new, breath-taking view. From this vantage point Danang, My Khe, the Truong Son Mountains and even Hai Van Pass can be seen. Stop often for photos from these remarkable viewpoints. Conquering “Bàn Cờ” Top with Fairy Tale about the legend of the nightly chants of the fairies at this mountain. Visit the former helicopter airport of the US Army where helicopters used to supply goods to US soldiers.
From here descend along the other side of the mountain to see Vietnam’s biggest Buddha statue and down toward the fishing villages where the colourful wooden boats are moored along the coast. The adventure comes to an end back in Danang, arriving at the hotel around 11:00.
