After a delicious hotel breakfast, meet your guide and head out for a full day of sightseeing using public transportation. Walk to the nearest BTS station for a short skytrain ride to the interchange station, then take the MRT to Sanam Chai Station, one of the most beautiful stations located in the heart of Rattanakosin Island. The station showcases the elegance of traditional Rattanakosin architecture, leaving a strong impression on all visitors.
From there, take a short walk to Wat Pho, home of traditional Thai massage and the majestic Reclining Buddha. Continue on to the Grand Palace, the nation’s most revered royal monument and home to the sacred Emerald Buddha.
Note: Appropriate dress is required for palace and temple visits. Shorts, mini-skirts, tight-fitting trousers, sleeveless shirts or vests, and sandals are not allowed. The Grand Palace is one of the most popular destinations and is usually the number one must-see place in Bangkok. Not surprisingly, it receives millions of tourists annually. To make the most of your visit and avoid crowds, your guide will have the flexibility to visit the temple either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, if possible within your itinerary. If you feel that there are too many people for your liking, the guide can take you to an alternative temple in the area, such as Wat Saket or Wat Suthat. This decision must be made before entering the Grand Palace.
After the royal visits, take a tuk-tuk ride to the backpackers’ mecca, Khao San Road. Then head back to Thailand’s Champs-Élysées, Ratchadamnoen Avenue. Continue by tuk-tuk for lunch at a local restaurant.
In the late afternoon, transfer to Chakrabongse House by the Chao Phraya River to embark on a luxury speedboat for a two-hour afternoon khlong tour, including a stop at Wat Arun, the famous Temple of Dawn. Enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine onboard during the tour.

Meet a chef from Blue Elephant Cooking School, one of the country’s most reputable traditional Thai cooking institutes. Head to one of the capital’s many morning markets for an introduction to Thai food culture. Browse the stalls, learn about the various ingredients on sale, observe scenes of local life, and select fresh items to be used in the cooking class. (Note: market visit is not available for the afternoon course.)
Return to Blue Elephant Cooking School for an insightful theory class. The chef will distribute a recipe book and then demonstrate the preparation methods, providing detailed commentary on the process. Next, it’s time for the hands-on experience. At your individual cooking station, use the recipes and techniques demonstrated by the chef to prepare a selection of dishes. The chef and other local assistants will be available to help or offer advice.
After the meal is prepared, sit down and enjoy the delicate flavors of authentic, home-cooked Thai cuisine. Say farewell to the Blue Elephant team, departing with a full belly and a deeper understanding of traditional Thai cuisine.

You will be picked up at 08:00 or 14:00. Explore the alleys of the Talad Noi district on this Bangkok street tour. Travel by skytrain, tuk-tuk, or boat, depending on your hotel location, to this hidden neighborhood where your guide will help you discover how locals live in the small alleys.
Spend a few hours walking through the narrower lanes of Talad Noi, a very local area full of interesting sights, sounds, smells, and history. The guide will lead you to some of the best street art and explain the stories behind the images. Although graffiti is a relatively new phenomenon in Bangkok, it is quickly gaining popularity and is increasingly accepted by the general population.
In addition to street art, catch a glimpse of Bangkok’s remarkable heritage buildings. See a well-preserved colonial-era bank building and numerous Chinese shrines and temples alongside the Holy Rosary Church in the square. There are also plenty of opportunities to meet residents of Talad Noi and hear about their family histories. Work and trade among the artisans of this area continue to this day and have remained largely unchanged for centuries.
One of the highlights of the area is the coffee shops. There are many hidden gems here that would be difficult to find if you are not a local. Stop at one of these local coffee shops to relax and take in your unique surroundings.
Following this insightful visit, continue to a rooftop bar. Sip a cold drink while enjoying panoramic views of the city and river, then return to the hotel using local transportation.

Next, hop on a pedal-powered trishaw to explore the old town. Visit the Three Kings Monument on the way to Wat Phra Singh, one of the city’s most revered temples. Explore the various buildings in the compound, admire its ancient Buddha image, and hear about its 700-year history. Then continue on foot to Wat Chedi Luang, an impressive monument that once housed the country’s famed Emerald Buddha.
Continue to Chiang Mai’s silver-making district, one of the city’s traditional craft neighborhoods. Observe silversmiths at work on impressive pieces unique to Northern Thailand and admire their skilled craftsmanship. Then take a short drive to Wat Sri Suphan, a unique temple made from ornate silver.
Begin the evening at a local temple, joining monks in their nightly chanting of prayers. Light some incense or burn a candle and experience this beautiful Buddhist ritual. From there, embark on a memorable dining experience at 137 Pillars. Stroll (or drive) across the bridge to the lively Warorot Market, a hub of local life bursting with fresh flowers and street food stalls. Discover why Chiang Mai is known as “The Creative City of Thailand.” Depart from the hotel and transfer to the hip student area of Nimmanhaemin, where the Contemporary Art Gallery of Chiang Mai University (CMU) is located. This multi-level gallery showcases contemporary art by talented local artists. Walk through its halls and gain insight into life from a Thai artist’s perspective. From here, stop for coffee at either the award-winning Ristr8to Latte Art Café or the quaint Din Din Mud Brick Café. Continue the day to the Elephant Parade Gallery for an opportunity to express your creativity. Elephant Parade is a worldwide collection of hand-painted elephants that help fund the Asian Elephant Conservation Foundation. The painted elephants come in all sizes, the largest of which travels the world in an international art exhibition endorsed or painted by celebrities, designers, and artists. Lunch at Woo Café, a unique café in Chiang Mai’s old town that also functions as an art gallery.
In the late afternoon, drive up to the mountain temple of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, the most famous landmark of Chiang Mai, 1,676 metres above the city. Climb the staircase adorned with imposing nagas (mythical serpent-like creatures) to visit the exquisite golden pagoda. The sound of temple bells fills the air, and the view overlooking the city offers an irresistible photo opportunity.

You will be picked up at 08:00. Escape to a quieter, more natural side of southern Thailand with this day trip from Phuket. Travel by speedboat across the Andaman Sea to the six scenic Phi Phi Islands. The journey to Phi Phi takes around 45 minutes, passing spectacular limestone karsts that jut out from the blue sea. Sit back and relax, enjoying the views as the boat cruises closer to paradise. Pass by Maya Bay, arguably one of Thailand’s most beautiful spots, for sightseeing only. The bay is so stunning that it was used as the setting for the famous Hollywood movie The Beach.
Continue around the islands, visiting Phi Phi Lay Cove and Monkey Beach. Each of these stretches of island boasts swaying palm trees and white sands. There are also calm, clear waters teeming with fish for those who wish to explore Thailand’s underwater beauty.
Lunch will be served at Tonsai Bay, a southern stretch of Phi Phi Ley Island offering sweeping views of the surrounding sea. In the afternoon, continue cruising to Bamboo Island and possibly other nearby islands, with more opportunities to snorkel and swim in the Andaman Sea.
After a spectacular day exploring the Phi Phi Islands, return to Phuket. Transfer back by boat and car, arriving at the hotel early this evening.(L)

Pass by “James Bond” Island, slowing down for photos of this beautiful but touristy site. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Full Day - Community Connection at Koh Yao Noi
You will be picked up at 08:30. Help spread the benefits of tourism to rural communities by venturing away from Phuket and Krabi for a day on a small island, supporting family-run businesses and learning about the traditional lifestyles of the local people.
Set off after breakfast aboard a join-in public speedboat. Cast off and travel away from the busy beaches of the main island, heading toward Koh Yao Noi. Unlike Phuket and Krabi, Koh Yao Noi is a sleepy island where locals rely on fishing, farming, and other small businesses for income.
Spend a full day on Koh Yao Noi, meeting the friendly residents. Walk through a rubber plantation to see how the trees are tapped for sap, a process done entirely by hand. Then visit a small workshop to witness the time-consuming process of batik making.
Around midday, visit a family home for a lunch of home-cooked dishes and take part in a hands-on cooking experience, learning from the local family. Besides enjoying a delicious meal, this is a special way to gain insight into the lives of southern Thai people.
Spend the rest of the day wandering through rice fields and village laneways, where buffaloes and cows graze lazily. Visit the local market to see the day’s fresh catch and other items for sale.
Finally, say farewell to Koh Yao Noi and return by boat to Phuket.(L)

Spend the morning walking along the smaller side streets of the city. Stop at a variety of food stalls, some selling fresh fruits and produce, while others offer freshly cooked snacks and noodle dishes. Many of the food stalls have been run by the same families for generations, and there will be a chance to chat with some of the shop owners.
Start with a dim sum breakfast, washed down with a cup of locally grown coffee. Visit a local shop to learn about the concept of khao kaeng, Thai food served on trays. Then explore a stall piled high with colorful curry pastes and learn about their different uses.
Continue into the old town, stopping at the informative Post Office Museum for a short visit. Then return to the food trail, stopping to taste items like Malaysian-influenced roti breads and Chinese-style Hokkien noodles. Learn about the origins of these foods, which were introduced by immigrants in the 19th century.

It offers creative gastronomy with a wide range of intricate, flavorful, and organic dishes, using local ingredients harvested daily from its own farm. Its ultimate goal is to leave minimal impact on the environment while providing an engaging farm experience along with sophisticated meals for all diners.
Upon arrival at the restaurant around 17:00, you will be welcomed by a friendly staff member and offered a mocktail.
