After breakfast at the hotel, begin the day’s elephant experience in the Sai Yok District. Enjoy an introduction to the Elephant Haven Freedom Project and learn how it provides elephants with the opportunity to live naturally — roaming and interacting freely with one another.
Upon arrival at the project site, receive a short safety briefing on the best ways to interact with these gentle giants before learning how to prepare food for them. Afterwards, spend some one-on-one time getting to know the elephants and feeding them the prepared snacks. Continue with a walk through the forest alongside the elephants, observing their daily routines and natural behaviors.
Enjoy a local-style lunch at the project site.
In the afternoon, watch the elephants having fun playing in the mud. Once their playtime is over, join them in the river for their daily bath — one of the most memorable parts of the experience. After bath time, walk back to the main project area, where you’ll have a final opportunity to feed the elephants before saying goodbye.
After the elephant experience, return transfer will be provided back to the hotel.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
