The morning wedding ceremony begins with a parade of the groom and his supporters carrying trays of gifts and flowers. Receive ‘soul enlightenment’ (‘Kwan’ in Thai) for a blessed and happy married life. The head monk leading the private blessing ceremony will perform the tying of the string on the wrists, symbolically binding two people as one.
