Upon arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, you will be met and greeted by an EXO guide and transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your accommodation in downtown Bangkok, which is close to the city’s main highlights.

When evening falls, Bangkok truly comes alive, and nearly every street fills with the enticing aroma of delicious food that delights your taste buds. One of Bangkok’s best-kept secrets is Chinatown, a neighborhood internationally renowned for having the city’s longest street food scene. There’s no better way to explore the area’s hidden gems than on foot. On this tour, you will be met by your guide in the hotel lobby and begin a walk together through the backstreets, discovering the bright lights and vibrant energy of Chinatown’s electric Yaowarat Street. Along the way, you’ll learn about the history of the area and meet some of its favorite street food artisans. Sample a variety of dishes, from famous Chinese dumplings and peppered pork noodles to Chinese donuts and more. Enjoy sweet Chinese desserts and visit a traditional tea house. At the end of the tour, your guide will drop you off at the optional cocktail bar of your choice in the Chinatown area. Say goodnight to your guide and enjoy the night and your drink on your own (at your own expense).

- Before saying farewell to your guide, they will assist you with directions back to your hotel after the bar hopping. However, the guide will not accompany you to the hotel after the bar.
Overnight in Bangkok
Inclusions:
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and join them on public transport for a half-day visit to the highlights of Bangkok. Start the fresh morning with a ride on the MRT (underground) to MRT Samyot station, where you will continue your morning walk to the food market located near Wat Suthat and the Giant Swing. The market is lively, with both locals and foreigners alike. Browse through fresh food, snacks, and drinks for your morning refreshment. Observe what the locals do and join them by buying food at the market and offering it to the monks.
After the market, continue your walk to capture a picture of the Giant Swing in front of Wat Suthat. From there, embark on a tuk tuk ride to two of Bangkok’s main highlights and top must-see landmarks: Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. Afterwards, take a tuk tuk back to your hotel.

In the late afternoon, take a local tuk tuk to Talad Noi, Chinatown’s famous neighborhood and old community, where you will explore the vibrant street art scattered throughout the small lanes. This is a very local area full of interesting sights, sounds, smells, and history. Your guide will lead the way to some of the best street art and explain the stories behind the images. In addition to the street art, you’ll get a glimpse of Bangkok’s remarkable heritage buildings. See a well-preserved colonial-era bank building and numerous Chinese shrines and temples standing alongside the Holy Rosary Church in the square. One of the highlights of the area is the coffee shops—there are so many hidden gems here that, if you’re not a local, you would have a hard time finding them. Stop at one of these local coffee shops to relax and soak in your unique surroundings.
Following this experience, end your evening with dinner and some drinks at a local hidden jazz bar in the area before taking a tuk tuk back to the hotel. (Note: Dinner and drinks are at your own expense.)

Optional morning activity: Be met by your guide in the hotel lobby and enjoy a morning walk to Easae Coffee Shop, a classic vintage café in Chinatown and a popular morning hangout spot among locals. Then, walk with your guide to the rooftop shrine located at the police station near Chinatown. Pay your respects at the shrine for good luck. Return to the hotel for check-out.
