Welcome to Singapore!

On arrival at Singapore’s Changi international airport, enjoy a VIP welcome with an escorted, private transfer
from the plane to the CIP Terminal. Proceed with the escort through a dedicated immigration channel with a
porter assisting with baggage handling service.

Once all arrival formalities are completed, meet with an English-speaking guide and transfer into the city
centre.

Check-in at the hotel (Check in time: 15.00) and enjoy a classic Singapore Sling, the city’s signature gin-based cocktail.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax.

Overnight in Singapore at The Raffles Hotel

Today’s tour begins at 09:00. Meet with the guide and driver at the hotel and head off to explore Singapore
by classic vintage car. Drive around the Civic District, passing by the Padang, Cricket Club, old Parliament
House, Supreme Court and City Hall while learning about the history of these landmarks. 

Continue by vintage car, enjoying the sophistication and style of the classic vehicle while exploring
Singapore’s historical Chinatown - a bustling mix of old and new, filled with traditional shops and local
markets as well as new artisanal stores and cafes. It is also the only Chinatown in the world where a Buddhist
temple, mosque and Hindu temple can be found on the same street.

Visit Masjid Jamae, built as a place of worship for the Chinatown’s Tamil Muslim population. From here keep
an eye out for the Sri Mariamman Temple, the oldest Buddhist temple in Singapore.

Stop at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum and see the rich interior design and comprehensive
exhibit on Buddhist art and history with stories of the religion spanning over hundreds of years. 

Take a break for a traditional tea appreciation session. Step into a three-storey shophouse in Chinatown and
be transported by the oriental charm mixed with the elegant Eastern furnishings and the subtle smell of tea.
Learn about the origins of tea, the art of tea appreciation and taste a variety of blends.

Drive to Kampong Glam, an area that historically was dedicated to the Bugis, Malays and Arab community.
Walk to the golden dome of the Sultan Mosque, built in 1824, and explore the busy streets and shops around
the neighbourhood.

At the end of the tour, transfer back to the hotel.

This afternoon, be pampered with a gemstone treatment at the hotel’s spa. Using the natural healing
properties of gemstone crystal, the signature massage incorporates the use of organic botanical ingredients
and a combination of gemstone and gen infused oil to relieve stress and body tension. The treatment lasts
two hours.

Today’s tour starts at 09:30. Meet the guide and transfer to Joo Chiat Place where the vintage Vespa sidecar
are waiting.

Climb in and take off for a two-hour journey through Singapore's charming alleyways. Along the way
discover Sri Senpaga Vinayagar temple, street art, the iconic landmarks of Koon Seng Road, shophouses and
local Kopi shops. 

As the sidecars wind through the city, explore Joo Chiat and Katong, Singapore's largest architecture
conservation district where the Peranakan people form an integral part of Singapore's diverse cultural heritage. This neighbourhood is celebrated not only for its scrumptious local cuisine but also for its charmingly embellished shophouses and residential terraces, which lend it a distinct and exceptional allure.

Additionally, explore the surrounding areas to experience authentic local life, including a visit to one of Singapore's earliest housing estates and a ride through the National Stadium located in the Kallang Bay area.

The sidecar adventure comes to an end at The Intan, a Peranakan living heritage museum. Step inside and meet with the owner Alvin Yapp, a devoted collector that dedicated his life to keeping this past era. Explore the Intan’s impressive collection of all things Peranakan.

Then indulge in an authentic Peranakan feast personally hosted by Alvin, featuring a delectable Nyonya platter accompanied by fragrant Steaming White Rice, elegantly presented with the iconic indigo blue hues of the Bunga Telang (Butterfly Blue Pea).

Following lunch, continue this exploration of Peranakan culture with a hands-on experience. Create a traditional Peranakan tile and bring a piece of history home as a memento from Singapore. 

16:00 transfer back to the hotel and rest of the evening free at leisure.

Be greeted by an English-speaking guide at the hotel for a morning visit to Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay
followed by a scenic river cruise.

Explore the the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest cooled conservatories. The Flower Dome replicates the
cool-dry climate of Mediterranean regions in South Africa, California, Spain and Italy with unique plants like the Baobab trees, the Madagascar Ghost Tree, and the 1000-year-old Olive tree. Enjoy a changing display of vibrant plants and blooms. Then, continue to the Cloud Forest and be awed by an impressive 35 metre-tall indoor waterfall amidst the lush vegetation and tropical epiphytes.

Then climb higher for a different perspective. Take a walk across the OCBC Skyway, a 128-metre-long aerial walkways suspended between two Supertrees. Located 22 meters above ground, this walkway offers marvellous opportunities to capture postcard-worthy photos of the Gardens and their lush surroundings, including the famed Marina Bay.

Continue to the Singapore riverside and board a traditional bumboat to see the legacy of Singapore's history. This is the best way to appreciate and understand the pivotal role the river played in Singapore's history as a port town. Guarding the river mouth see the majestic water-spouting Merlion - a mythological half-lion, half- fish creature a successful symbol of Singapore's tourism industry.

The remainder of the afternoon is free to continue exploring the city independently or relax at the hotel.

Check out this morning and meet with an English-speaking guide, transfer to the jetty and board the Tanah
Merah ferry. Travel around one hour to the Indonesian island of Bintan.

Upon arrival in Bintan, be greeted by a representative from the resort who will assist with passport registration and formalities in the lounge area. Once the arrival formalities are completed, continue to the resort by air-conditioned minivan.

Reach the resort and check in. (Check in time is 15.00)

Afternoon free at leisure to enjoy the beach and relax.
