Singapore for Families

Arrive in the morning at Changi Airport and be transferred to the hotel of choice in Singapore. 

Spend the rest of the morning and lunch at leisure before exploring the iconic sites of Singapore city. 

Today’s tour begins at 13:00. Be picked up by the guide and driver at the hotel and explore the city by driving round the Civic District, passing by the Padang, Cricket Club, old Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall while learning about its history. 

Next, stop at the Merlion Park and enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. Do not miss this picture-taking opportunity with The Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish.

Then, visit Singapore’s historical Chinatown - a bustling mix of old and new, filled with traditional shops and local markets as well as new artisanal stores and cafes. Visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum and see the rich interior design and comprehensive exhibit on Buddhist art and history with stories of the religion spanning over hundreds of years. 

End the tour at either one of these iconic parks or gardens of Singapore: 

Option 1: Sands SkyPark

Visit Sands SkyPark, an engineering feat perched 200 metres above the ground atop the Marina Bay Sands hotel. Stretching longer than the Eiffel Tower laid horizontally, the observation deck offers panoramic views of the city skyline.

Option 2: National Orchid Garden

Visit the National Orchid Garden within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The garden features a display of 60,000 orchids, including Singapore’s national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.

At 09:00 this morning, embark on a journey of discovery at River Safari, Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park, and meet over 5,000 aquatic and terrestrial animals from 300 species.

Explore eight river habitats from the mighty Mississippi to the majestic Yangtze and experience rare encounters with river giants and mega fishes. Stroll through freshwater galleries and enter walk-through exhibits to learn about the fascinating flora and fauna of river habitats.

Catch giant pandas Kai Kai & Jia Jia at the 1,500 square-metre Giant Panda Forest, the largest panda exhibit in Southeast Asia. Travel down the Amazon River and be amazed by the world’s largest freshwater aquarium at the Amazon Flooded Forest.

After a fun morning enjoy a lunch at leisure either in the park or at another restaurant of choice.

Spend the rest of the evening and dinner at leisure.

Explore Singapore’s latest National Garden - Gardens by the Bay. Visit the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest cooled conservatories. The Flower Dome is a cooled conservatory replicating the cool-dry climate of Mediterranean regions in South Africa, California, Spain and Italy with unique plants like the Baobab trees, the Madagascar Ghost Tree, and the 1000-year-old Olive tree. The Flower Field caters for a changing display of vibrant plants and blooms. Then, be awed by the world’s tallest indoor waterfall at 35-metre amidst the lush vegetation and tropical epiphytes of the Cloud Forest. 

Then, visit the Sands Sky Park, an awe-inspiring engineering wonder. This unique structural masterpiece, floats atop the three soaring Marina Bay Sands hotel towers, 200m in the sky!
