Stay alert for wildlife encounters – the glistening bodies of playful otters or the majestic silhouette of a soaring eagle. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast, then gear up for another adventure – a captivating river cruise along the Segama River. As the boat navigates the lush mangrove forests, keep an eye out for fascinating wildlife – from soaring eagles to playful dolphins (weather permitting).

Back at the lodge, a hearty lunch provides the perfect fuel for the afternoon's rainforest hike. This time, the destination is the Mammal Hide, where captivating camera trap footage reveals the secretive world of nocturnal animals. 

As dusk paints the sky in fiery hues, savour a delicious dinner, then prepare for another nocturnal adventure – a walk around the lodge grounds. Surrounded by the symphony of insect noises, walk around the paths all the while keeping alert to spot shy creatures like civets, leopard cats and mouse deer.
