Itinerary
📍 Kuala Lumpur to The Banjaran Hotsprings Resort (205km) 2.5hours
Meet your driver to leave to Ipoh.
The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is nestled in 16.19-acre valley, cradled by 260 million-year old towering Paleozoic limestone hills. A gateway to rediscover a sense of true self and add balance to your life with this unique hideaway, which is designed with both luxury and therapeutic value in mind.
The afternoon before a 15:00 check in allows for time to leisure around the retreat grounds and enjoy a walk through nearby caves --crystal cave is a particularly exquisite experience, adorned with
amethyst and quartz crystals which facilitate metaphysical healing. It is perfect for private energy healing after a long flight or several days of travelling. Browse the activities schedule and sign up to one of the complementary activities for the following days (24 hours notice is required).
At 17:00, enjoy the tingling yet relaxing sensation of exotic Gara Rufa Fish rejuvenating the skin before a 45 minute Yoga class.
After these activities dinner will be served, later followed by a restful sleep at the resort.

Take the morning to relax; enjoy a swim in the warm water of a geothermal swimming pool, focus the mind in a natural granite and limestone meditation cave, and relax in seclusion to focus the mind in silence.
From there, move on to the thermal steam cave before plunging into a freezing ice bath.
An optional walk through the jungle to captivate the senses and discover natural flora, fauna and local wildlife is available to guests at 11:00.
Lunch at the resort will be followed by afternoon activities; Mondays and Thursdays provide an opportunity for a visit to the local temple, Wednesdays and Fridays a visit to the Pomelo Farm, and Sundays an Ipoh Heritage Walk.
In the evening, dine in one of the most unique dining venues in Malaysia --Jeff’s Cellar. A unique fine dining experience in a limestone cave. Sip on rare wines in a ethereal limestone cave chamber and later enjoy a restful sleep at the resort.
