The journey starts as Mr. Khamsone takes you aboard his vintage jeep—a fully restored relic from the Secret War era of the 1970s. Enjoy an exciting ride along rustic trails to the Bolaven Plateau highlands. Nestled between the Annamite Mountain Range, this elevated region boasts a cooler climate perfect for cultivating world-class coffee.
The first stop is Tad Mouang Waterfalls, where cascading waters create a serene oasis amidst lush greenery. Take some time to relax, dip your feet in the cool waters, or simply bask in the natural beauty before continuing.
Next, embark on a mild trek through rich vegetation towards Mystic Mountain Coffee Farm, Mr. Khamsone’s pride and joy. Along the way, you’ll pass through vibrant coffee plantations, breathing in the earthy aromas of the highlands. Upon arrival at the farm’s charming homestay, a special Lao lunch awaits.
