Upon arrival at Sorong Airport, meet and greet by the local representative. You will then transfer to the port.

Upon your arrival in the airport, Sequoia crew will pick you up, then take 15 minutes by car and 5 minutes by speedboat to arrive in Sequoia. We will start our day with a light snack and safety briefing.
Your Raja Ampat adventure begins in Waisai, the capital. From there, your guide will drive you into the lush lowland rainforest of Waigeo to Warkesi Birding Park. Prepare for a trek to see the incredible birds-of-paradise.
In the afternoon, you'll head to Friwen Island for a unique experience: swimming with dugongs in the seagrass beds. As the day ends, you'll embark on an overnight cruise to Wofoh Island. You can either relax and watch a movie of your choice or simply get a good night's sleep.

Welcome to Wofoh, where the sky meets the calm ocean. The serene waters are perfect for a variety of activities. You can enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch, take a diving course, or, if you're already certified, go for a dive refreshment.
The calm bay is also ideal for watersports. You can go water-skiing, kayaking, or try stand-up paddle boarding. For something unique, you can even learn how to be a mermaid! It's a perfect day to spend in the tropics.

Dive into an unforgettable marine adventure where you might get the chance to swim with reef sharks. Imagine yourself just a few feet underwater, surrounded by these magnificent creatures—the largest fish on earth.
Later, you can paddle a kayak, use a stand-up paddleboard, or simply swim in the calm waters of Wayag Bays. Enjoy a spectacular equatorial sunset as you take in the breathtaking peaks all around you.
In the middle of the day, you'll savor a special lunch picnic, curated just for you on a beautiful private beach.
The day continues with more mermaid lessons, followed by a sunset hike to a peak where you'll get a stunning bird's-eye view of the seascape.

Your day begins with an exploration of Peynemo, a unique archipelago where the Halmahera Sea and the Pacific Ocean meet, creating a natural aquarium filled with life. Its shallow sea gardens are home to huge leather corals that provide a perfect hiding spot for cuttlefish. The crystal-clear waters surrounding the reefs are teeming with a wide variety of marine life. You'll see large schools of yellow-ribbon sweetlips, tuna, mackerel, and fusiliers, as well as colorful anthias. The reefs are also home to frogfish, moray eels, and scorpionfish. You might even spot larger pelagic fish, including reef sharks, patrolling the area.
The afternoon is the perfect time to enjoy a sunset hike and swim in the calm lagoon.
After enjoying the sunset, you'll cruise to Yanggefo Bay to anchor for the night. Enjoy a beautiful dinner aboard the Sequoia, followed by a special singing performance from a local family.

Your day begins at the wooden jetty of Sawanderek Village. Despite the shallow, 4-meter-deep water, you'll be amazed by the spectacular hard corals and countless fish of every color and size. As you explore, you might spot Napoleon fish, trevally, batfish, snapper, damsel fish, and both giant and oriental sweetlips, as well as huge sea turtles.
Just a bit deeper, at about 10 meters in front of the jetty, you'll find one of the largest giant clams in the world. You also have the option to take a walk through the village.
In Arborek, spend time with the local women as they teach you how to make traditional Manta Hats from palm leaves. You're welcome to participate and learn about the daily life and traditions of the village.

Your journey takes you to Dayang Island, located on the edge of Batanta. This is a special place where majestic Black Manta Rays, with wingspans up to 6 meters (20 feet), gather for cleaning. You can snorkel in the shallow, calm waters and watch them gracefully swim just beneath you.
In the morning, you'll arrive at Wai Island, where you'll be greeted by baby sharks near the beach—an exciting opportunity to swim with them. This beach is also a nesting site for hawksbill turtles. For a historical underwater experience, you can dive to explore the wrecks of five U.S. Air Force P-47 Thunderbolt aircraft that crashed here during World War II.
Batanta is home to some of Raja Ampat's most pristine blue water mangroves. You'll take a speedboat through these tranquil waters before embarking on a one-hour trek to the stunning 80-meter (260-foot) War Inkabom waterfall. Look up to the treetops to spot cuscus, butterflies, and iridescent dragonflies.
As the day ends, you can enjoy a sunset cruise to Yum or Wruwarez Island to see migrating Papuan Hornbills. For those who want to dive, a shallow sunset dive can be arranged to search for mating Mandarin fish.

Ayemi Island, on the border of Sagawin Strait, is the perfect spot for fishing. Surrounded by protected marine and forest reserves, this island is largely uninhabited and unknown to most tourists. We can fish here because it's a designated "take zone".
As the day ends, you'll be treated to a breathtaking sunset and the sight of bats migrating across the sky.

Your final morning begins with a clear sky in Sorong. We will prepare a delicious breakfast for you to take on the go, along with some goodies for your journey.
The schooner crew will drive you back to the airport and give you a fond farewell as you board your flight home.
