Be welcomed by an Alexa representative at the airport who will also assist with luggage before being escorted to ALEXA at Labuan Bajo Harbour, a drive of about 20 minutes. While luggage is being transferred aboard ALEXA, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and a tour of the facilities aboard.

Afterwards, meet the rest of the team and receive a safety briefing. Once everything is settled, ALEXA will then depart the harbour for a two-hour crossing to Sebayor Island. Snacks and drinks are available during the crossing and lunch will be served once we arrive.

The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy a snorkel or head on an introductory dive in the beautiful waters off the island. ALEXA will then sail or motor to Rinca Island, a trip of about one-hour. During this time,  enjoy spa treatment from ALEXA’s Talika Spa therapist -the perfect way to round off the first day.

Before dining either onboard or at the stunning Wai Nilu Beach, enjoy sunset drinks. Afterwards, settle in for a peaceful night on the water as ALEXA drops anchor for the evening.

All meals are served on the boat unless guests prefer to enjoy dinner on the beach. .

After a light early breakfast, get ready for a trek through Rinca's savannah in search of the legendary Komodo dragon -the world’s largest lizard and an iconic species which only inhabits Padar, Rinca and Komodo islands and is found nowhere else in the world.

Start earlier to avoid the heat of the day. Begin by walking from the little jetty of Rinca Island to the National Park office. The park rangers will provide instructions and a guide who will lead the way on a two-hour stroll through the park to an elevated viewpoint offering sweeping views of Rinca Bay. While walking along the path, be on the lookout for the iconic dragons as well as megapode birds and flying lizards.

Heading back to the jetty and ALEXA, a well-deserved hearty breakfast awaits. While enjoying breakfast, the boat will depart en route for Komodo Island, a cruise of about three hours. Arrive at Pink Beach in the early afternoon where lunch is served onboard. Considered one of the world’s most stunning beaches, this is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the spectacular natural beauty of Indonesia’s most acclaimed natural spectacle. Dive or snorkel in the many shades of turquoise waters, the underwater scenery is as beautiful and full of life as the one above it.

Warm waters teeming with schooling fish and vibrant colours and a beautiful environment with its pink sandy beach and rocky outcrops ready for you to explore. As the day ends one may wish to enjoy another spa treatment before the last the stunning sunset over the Komodo Island hills. The evening rounds out with a superb gourmet meal

A hearty breakfast is the start of the day before ALEXA sets sail to Toro Longkoi, a cruise of about two hours. Here, one of the well-known dive sites is ‘Manta Alley,’ located in the southwest of Komodo. This is a home to the famous manta cleaning station. Take the opportunity to swim or dive surrounded by graceful manta rays as they circle in an underwater ballet.

Known as the most active area in all of Komodo because of its topography, three rocks in this deep bay are covered in an array of vibrant soft and hard coral gardens and home to large numbers of fish including species such as jack, tuna, Napoleon wrasses, barracuda and many many others.

After lunch onboard the boat, head to Tatawa Besar for another dive. Here, turtles seem to be everywhere. Dive with the shy turtles or see giant trevally, great and blacktail barracuda and, of course, manta rays also make guest appearances.

Set up a beach barbeque on a soft white sandy beach at Tatawa Besar and prepare to spend another night in paradise. Star-gaze, relax on plush-white cushions and indulge in the freshest grilled seafood imaginable, caught during the days sail and specially-prepared by the chef.

ALEXA departs early in the morning to set sail to Labuan Bajo, Flores. Breakfast is served onboard while crew prepares for disembarkation.

Be transferred to the airport assisted by an ALEXA representative for onward travel or possible extensions in Labuan Bajo.
