The day begins with a transfer to the iconic Giza Plateau for the discovery of the Great Pyramids and the magnificent Sphinx. Experience the sheer scale of the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World , viewing the three main pyramids and the colossal limestone Great Sphinx. A simple, authentic lunch is provided at a restaurant located near the Giza area.

Afternoon visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Following lunch, proceed to the GEM. Discover the Grand Hall, where the monumental statue of Ramses II greets visitors , before exploring the vast collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts. The highlight is the Tutankhamun Galleries, showcasing the more than 5,000 treasures from the boy king's tomb.

A morning transfer to Cairo International Airport is arranged for a flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, a representative transfers the group to a cruise ship on the Nile. Embark the cruise before lunch and settle into the cabin. Visit Aswan’s highlights, beginning with the High Dam, a modern engineering marvel controlling the Nile’s floods, and the Philae Temple, beautifully dedicated to the goddess Isis and reached by motorboat. Return to the cruise for afternoon tea while enjoying the tranquil views of the Nile. 

In the evening, attend the Captain’s welcome cocktail followed by dinner on board. The night concludes with a Nubian show featuring traditional music and dance.

Sail north towards Kom Ombo in the early morning. After breakfast, explore the Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely shared by Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder, perched dramatically above the river. Continue sailing to Edfu for lunch, followed by a visit to the Temple of Horus, one of the most perfectly preserved temples in Egypt, known for its towering pylons and richly detailed reliefs. 

Relax on board with afternoon tea as the cruise continues towards Esna. Dinner is followed by a festive Galabia Party, celebrating Egyptian tradition.

Early morning sailing to Luxor precedes exploration of the West Bank, home to some of Egypt’s most celebrated monuments. Visit the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs were buried in elaborately decorated tombs. Exploration of the elegant Temple of Hatshepsut provides a look at the mortuary temple of one of Egypt’s most remarkable rulers. Continue to the Valley of the Queens to see the burial site of royal wives and children. Proceed to Medinet Habu, built by Ramses III, known for its extensive reliefs. Conclude the sightseeing with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering stone guardians of the ancient necropolis. 

Return to the cruise for lunch and afternoon tea before dinner on board. The evening features a belly dance performance.

Experience the ancient wonders of Luxor from the vantage point of a private hot air balloon. Drift silently above the Nile River, iconic temples, and the Valley of the Kings as the desert sun rises, transforming the legendary landscape into a breathtaking sight.

After breakfast, disembark to visit the Temple of Karnak, a vast complex dedicated to Amun with grand halls and towering columns, followed by the Temple of Luxor, a riverside sanctuary that once linked the two sites along the Avenue of Sphinxes. 

Transfer to Luxor Airport for the short flight to Cairo. On arrival, meet the tour coordinator and transfer to the hotel.

In the afternoon, the tour begins with the Citadel of Saladin, a medieval fortress overlooking Cairo, where mosques and museums reveal centuries of architectural and cultural achievements. Nearby, the Mosque of Sultan Hassan impresses with its Mamluk-era grandeur, complemented by the neighbouring Refaie Mosque, resting place of royals and saints.

End the day at Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, a maze of alleys filled with workshops and stalls offering traditional crafts, perfumes and souvenirs.
