EXO loves the Shada Hotel Shatea as it is a real boutique gem! Every step breaths Asir, the mountain region in the south, with its colorful paterns and decorations.  Also the rooms have this  vibe. On the roof is a small pool and from the restaurant you look across the Jeddah skyline. Suitable for FIT and small GIT.
