Your journey begins with a transfer to a local farm at 08:30, where you'll be greeted by the warm smiles of the friendly farmers. Explore the vegetable garden, marveling at the array of fresh produce that flourishes in this fertile soil. Learn about the different herbs and vegetables grown in the garden and their uses in traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
As you assist the farmers with their work, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the hard work and dedication that sustains this vibrant community. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to till the land, fertilize the garden with seaweed, or harvest ripe vegetables.
After this enriching experience, enjoy a herbal foot massage to rejuvenate tired muscles. As midday approaches, join a local family to prepare lunch.
