Escape Hoi An’s bustling Old Town and immerse yourself in a relaxing wellness experience. Yoga, cycling and a plant based cooking class taught by an enthusiastic instructor will be sure to awaken the senses.  

Start from the hotel at 08:00 and be transferred to an enchanting yoga house in Cam Thanh. Engage in a brief consultation with the yoga instructor to assess your experience level before embarking on a 60-minute invigorating yoga session. Body awakens and the mind clears while moving through a series of gentle postures. It helps to let go of stress and tension, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment.

After the yoga practice, embark on a scenic cycling adventure to an eco-friendly organic farm. En-route enjoy a short ride in a ‘ basket boat’ through a serene coconut ‘nipa’ forest. 

Continue on two-wheels to the organic farm which also serves as a community farming collective. Here, roll up your sleeves and prepare a delectable plant-based meal, utilizing fresh ingredients harvested directly from the organic farm (seasonal ingredients).

At the end of the hands-on session, savor the flavors of your creation, relishing the wholesome goodness of each bite before returning to the hotel or next destination. (L)
