Continue to Khao San Sek, created by celebrated Chef Pam as her tribute to the five essential ingredients of Thai cuisine: rice, chili, coconut, fish sauce and palm sugar. Using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, each dish highlights traditional Thai recipes while being prepared with complementary elevated techniques.
Next, travel or tuk-tuk through Chinatown’s Soi Vanich to Chop Chop Cook Shop, founded by Michelin-starred chef David Thompson. This lively diner-style restaurant serves perfectly roasted meats and comforting noodle bowls in a space that melds nostalgia with modern energy.
