Visit Monsoon Teahouse, a cozy teahouse and restaurant focused on originality, freshness, and sustainability, all centered around the concept of ‘tea grown in harmony with the forest.’

Upon arrival at Monsoon Teahouse, join a tea workshop conducted by the tea expert, Mr. Kenneth Rimdahl, the founder of the tea house. Mr. Rimdahl began his tea journey in 1994 and expanded his knowledge by discovering the exclusive wild tea unique to northern Thailand.

He discovered ‘Miang,’ fermented tea leaves from the wild. Impressed by its unique flavor, he decided to establish the tea business. With his extensive experience and knowledge in the field, listen as he shares the history of tea, from its traditional uses to its consumption in Thailand. Be introduced to ‘Miang’ and the intricate tea-making processes, from cultivation and preparation to brewing. Then, enjoy a tea tasting while exchanging ideas and knowledge with him.

Following the workshop, it's time for lunch, where all dishes are inspired by wild tea and prepared using original recipes. (L)
