Be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 or 13:00 and transferred to a local cocoa farm estate, an hour away from Chiang Mai. Embark on a fun and informative half-day hands-on experience in Tree-to-Bar chocolate making.

Begin your journey with a guided cacao farm tour featuring freshly and naturally grown cacao, where you will learn about cacao cultivation, harvesting, and the fermentation process. Discover how each step plays a crucial role in developing the unique flavors found in fine chocolate.

Continue with an overview of the chocolate-making process, from roasting the cacao beans to enhance their aroma and flavor, cracking and grinding the cacao nibs into rich chocolate liquor. Then, enjoy a guided tasting of 8 different types of chocolate, comparing flavors, aromas, and intensity while learning how to taste chocolate like a professional.

Conclude with the chocolate-making workshop, where you will design and decorate your own chocolate bar. Finally, wrap and package your handmade chocolates to take home as a delicious souvenir.
