Programme Details
Be picked up at either 07.30 or 12.30 (depending on your hotel’s location) by private transfer from your hotel to the meeting point in the city center, where you will meet your cooking instructor and hop on a local tuk tuk to one of Bangkok’s largest local markets nearby. Upon arrival at the market, be wowed by the lively and bustling atmosphere of the biggest local market in this capital of angels, and together with your instructor, learn about fresh ingredients and pick great ones for your food elements. Then, be taken to the school by tuk tuk and get to know how to create your own extraordinary Thai dishes. In this class, be taught by many experienced instructors who are going to demonstrate to you how to cook each dish step by step, and in the meantime, get to taste many original popular Thai dishes. Following all cooking techniques, start your own cooking and enjoy each one to delightfully fill up your stomach.
After the class, take the knowledge with you and be able to cook your Thai food for your loved ones. (L or D)
